Does Trove hold my money?−
No. Your funds stay at Coinbase or Alpaca. Trove places orders on your behalf through API keys you provide; we never have withdrawal access.
How accurate are the backtests?+
They're a directional estimate, not a guarantee. We synthesise a deterministic Python decision function from your strategy and replay it over 30 days of historical 15-min snapshots. Fees and slippage are modelled honestly, but the simulator is a simplified shadow of the live per-tick model — so we label every backtest "approximate guess."
Which assets can I trade?+
Anything tradable on Coinbase Advanced Trade (crypto) or Alpaca (US stocks). Pair availability is checked at order time against an hourly-refreshed asset registry.
